CANCELLATION POLICY
JACKSXBROWS | BOOKING POLICY I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure the quality of service and to respect the appointments of other clients. In this case, the deposit may be forfeited. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes often make it difficult to accommodate other clients.
